Ninety10 Residences

Ninety10 Residences was our flagship project. Located in the heartlands of Ruiru, Ninety10 Residences are individual bungalow units, situated in an area formerly used for growing and harvesting coffee. Each unit lies on an eighth of an acre, within its own compound, with personal parking. The Residence is made up of a cosy gated community, surrounded by green and fertile lands. It is situated 10 minutes from Spur mall and a kilometre from the main road (Exit 13), offering both ease of access into Nairobi, whilst maintaining tranquility and privacy.
