Ninety10 Residences is our flagship project, a gated community of four individual bungalows located
in the heart of
Ruiru. The residences are surrounded by green and fertile lands, and are just a 10-minute drive from
Spur Mall and a kilometer from the main road
(Exit 13). This location offers both ease of access into Nairobi, while also maintaining tranquility
and privacy.
We held an open day on July 30, 2022 to showcase the estate, and it was attended by over 200
people. The residences sold out within a month, and we announced our next project, Ninety10 Terraces. which is a similar development to Ninety10
Residences, but featured five individual bungalows with DSQ.
